Alessio graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan with the highest award of marks possible and has 15 years' professional experience as an architect, working in Italy and overseas.
Specialising in the planning and supervision of works in both public and private projects, he focuses mainly on the commercial and residential sector, both in Italy and overseas. In 2003, Alessio established his own architect's firm: alessio riva architetti.
Alessio has acquired a detailed understanding of the application of architecture to the world of real estate, having worked in Barcelona (Spain), where he opened his firm's Spanish office in 2016.
As well as advising on architectural and regulatory aspects, Alessio has built up considerable experience in reclamation and restoration work, resulting in the ability to recognise and anticipate the main issues that arise during the more complex phases of the type typically encountered in the building sector.
