Upon receipt of your request Archilovers will provide you with an appropriate response without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month from its receipt. This deadline may be extended by 2 months, should it become necessary in view of the complexity and number of requests. In that case, Archilovers shall notify you within 1 month of receipt of the request.
