bc studio This professional reality brings together the experiences of three different technicians who, in 2004, opened their own independent architectural firm combining their professionalism. From the very beginning, the firm has been directing its research towards sustainable design, especially when designing and realizing structures with public clients. Their projects are widely widespread in exhibitions of architecture, in traditional and online magazines; the studio also promotes its activities by holding lectures at the Universities of Ferrara and Cesena, as well as at the Polytechnic of Milan. Our Philosophy “Sustainability” is a word that has become fashionable in recent years. However that's not just a fashion fact but a matter of survival for us. Sustainable architecture can be defined simply as “doing more with less” and this means to be aware into using new technologies with the aim of improving the living environment and, therefore, the quality of life of those who live it. Our aim is “do more with less” Priorities to develop a Sustainable architecture: RESPECT FOR THOSE WHO COME AFTER US - Optimize resources and exploit them with non-invasive technologies ARCHITECTONIC QUALITY- Attention to the use of materials, technologies, chromotherapy, comfort and choice of finishes CONSTANT DIALOGUE WITH USERS - 'Participatory' approach to design, through the involvement, from the first stages, of those who contribute to the realization of a project and end users. Our Aspiration To base its activity on building an ecological awareness of work to make it socially and environmentally useful. Therefore we believe in the importance of using constructive methods and types of materials that respect living beings and their environment, now that even the simple 'act of living' can become a danger to health.
