Born in 2003 from the collaboration between the architects De Paoli and De Franceschi, the Studio was completed in 2005 with the inclusion of architect Baldan among the partners. In 2019 the founders are associated with the engineer Sartori. Depaolidefranceschibaldan architetti mainly deals with residential and mixed use architecture projects with particular attention to the search for innovative solutions in the use of materials, construction technologies and in the study of detail. Since 2016 he has participated in various design competitions, focusing on the theme of the regeneration of public spaces, receiving various awards and prizes. The Studio's design approach tends to privilege the analysis of the places, the context and the needs expressed by the client. It is precisely the close relationship that the team of depaolidefranceschibaldan architetti manages to create with the client who transforms each project into a unique realization.
