Piertito Cardillo Studio

He still preserves the memory of the oiled steel of his very first experiences in the grandpa’ laboratory, when he used to create abstract objects using waste materials. Piertito Cardillo was born in 1985 at Foggia, after getting the high school diploma, he moved to Milan where he studied Architectural design and planning.
In 2007 he finished a three year professional training at IED (a private institution of Advanced Artistic Studies) then he pursued his interest in the interior design and in studying Concepts strictly connected with the retail field. Afterwards he had been working in a architecture firm in Milan for two years, dealing with residential projects, then he started his career as freelancer in the Retails and Hospitality world.
In 2010 he left Milan and decided to move to London with the purpose to embrace new art and design trends, he joined an important architecture firm famous for his temporary installations.
In 2011 he founded his own office in the old town centre of Trani, he is still currently committed to searching for new ideas and new knowledge in order to create timeless and unique environments by using pure and tactile materials. The main purpose of his planning method is to respect the space by increasing its functionality and keeping traditions alive, the result is a design that strike the perfect balance of form and function. A simple design speaking a timeless language.
