Graduated with merit from the Academie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) among the top four percent of his class, Jimmy Nader embarks directly on his professional career by joining Youssef Tohme and his team at YTAA (Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates) in September 2014.

After 7 months of collaborating as a productive member within the YTAA team, he gets promoted as Project Architect for the Crédit Agricole Immobilier project: A 12,000 sqm residential complex of 6 buildings, including a 40-meter tower in Bordeaux, France.

With dedicated work and proof of trust, greater responsibilities grow at the firm:
- Team Leader for the Urban Planning of the 600,000 sqm Bordeaux-Brazza district in 2015.
- Project Architect for 120 social housing units in Nantes, France in 2016.
- Project Architect for a private villa in Rabieh, Lebanon in 2017.
- Involvement in the various competitions approached by the office:
BLF Bank Headquarters in Beirut, Bruneseau Tower in Paris, a private pavilion in Montreal, and the redevelopment of the Quai de Vannes in France.

Meanwhile, Jimmy doesn’t spare working on his personal projects in Lebanon, including a Boutique Hotel in Ghazir, a residential building in Sahel Alma, and many interior renovations.
His work has been published in two publications, ‘Brilliant Young Lebanese Architects’ in 2017 and ‘Specimen ONE’ in 2011.

Upon departing YTAA in July 2019, Jimmy is currently broadening his experience in architecture, whether launching his own practice in regard of new projects or grazing the horizon for any intriguing opportunities.
