// As an Extension of the old and precious Mosque in the humble city of Tripoli, an Islamic Cultural Center comes integrating at the heart of the poorly urbanized environment, at the same time, without being too imposing. //
// So the Concept consists on an introversion from the chaotic environement (Est-West) and completely open up North-South converging all eyes and drowning people towards the Mosque. //
