Dario is a photographer who takes light, bridles it and releases it back into motion. He has a concrete yet passionate approach; involvement and great dedication emerge in every single one of his shots. He mainly divides his time between product and environment photography. He loves the meticulous study of proportions, lights and shadows, and colors. If in personal photos he gives voice and form to his instinctive and spontaneous streak, in commissioned works, before shooting, he thinks about what the fate of the image will be. In each project he uniquely tells a story, putting the focus on geometries, volumes, light. A long career that began in the world of graphic design and printing and a life experience abroad have allowed him to explore different fields and made him the photographer he is now. Concrete, precise, with a clear and intense style at the same time. He currently works as a freelancer for companies throughout the peninsula, photographs the most prestigious Italian theaters, and his images appear regularly in various Italian and international publications, such as Elle Decor, AD, Living Corriere, and Millionaire. He continues to cultivate a passion for analog photography by shooting, developing and printing in his darkroom.
