Andrea + Joan Architects is a young architecture studio in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, founded by Andrea Capilla and Joan Martí. Established in 2017, the studio has been working across various scales in architecture, interior design, and urban planning. Throughout their journey, the studio has received several awards, including the AJAC XI and AJAC XIII awards, and their work has been selected in various editions of the FAD Awards, the Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism (BEAU), and the Arquia Próxima festival, among others.
Currently, they are involved in projects within Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, primarily focusing on residential construction and rehabilitation, commissioned by private clients and public administrations. They combine professional practice with university teaching and research. The studio addresses all scales and stages of projects, from preliminary studies to executive projects and furniture details, emphasizing each location's unique features and the optimization of available resources.
