A SPACE ABOUT is an interior design and product design firm led by Laura Blanch and Noa Massanet, graduates in spatial design from Eina and Elisava, and members of Arquin FAD. From their studio in the historic center of Barcelona, they have developed a professional connection that allows them to approach projects from a multifaceted and holistic perspective.
The studio specializes in creating thoughtfully designed spaces for avant garde brands that are challenging boundaries and redefining the norm. For A SPACE ABOUT, each brand has a unique story to tell, and their mission is to capture its essence through a spatial experience and to create interiors that elevate the brand's identity.
The firm offers a customer centric design vision, accompanying clients through a process that shapes their needs within current trends, aiming to boost brands to success. Their proposal includes a wide range of services covering aspects such as concept development, space planning, furniture curation, guidance, and strategic project management to ensure that each interior design project meets business objectives and aligns with the client's vision.
Among the completed projects, notable ones include the design of the boutique hotel CIM, the Bloss salon (Hair by Sergio), the gastronomic spaces Vereda and Murri, and the design of the Palangana Sink for Sira Concrete’s brand.
In each new project, Laura and Noa seek to create synergies with other local artisans and entrepreneurs to showcase teamwork and thus create a community of professionals capable of stimulating the interior design sector.
