Founded by Fiona McLean, McLean Quinlan has built a reputation for the design of exquisite bespoke buildings, both in the UK and abroad. Good client relationships are central to both the philosophy and success of the practice and we listen to our clients, working directly with them to create the spaces they would like to live in. Much of our work is gained by word of mouth and the patronage of a number of valued clients. We remain intentionally small so we concentrate on what we do best: transforming a carefully constructed brief into a beautiful building. We take a holistic approach to each project and, with sustainability always in mind, we consider the building, landscape, function and interior design and employ careful use of scale, proportion and detail to create houses that delight.
