HOUSE FOR HOLIDAYS, Portofino Surface: 110 mq Curved walls and sinuous outline draw customized solutions, emphasizing the cool shade of the room, typical of a summer residence overlooking the sea shore. The interiors are designed by functional subdivision of the apartment, focusing conviviality as a core of the holiday home. The living area is at the center of the all project, with a large and bright dining room which remains in close connection with the living room. It’s an excellent solution in which you can meet together for typical summer dinners with friends. The kitchen is located in the middle of the apartment, enclosed in a round boll which, if necessary, can hide the area or leave it immediately adjacent to the dining area. The sleeping area is divided at both extremities of the living area, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third room that can be reserved for the study or be used as guest room. Gli interni sono stati progettati secondo una ripartizione funzionale degli ambienti, incentrando la convivialità come fulcro e anima della casa vacanze. La zona giorno si pone al centro dell’intero progetto, con un’ampia e luminosa sala da pranzo che rimane a stretto contatto con il soggiorno. E’ un’ottima soluzione in cui ci si può raccogliere per le tipiche cene estive in compagnia. La cucina nasce in mezzo all’appartamento, racchiusa in una tondeggiante capsula che, all’occorrenza, può nascondere l’area o lasciarla contigua alla zona da pranzo. La zona notte si articola alle due estremità della zona living, composta da due camere da letto, due bagni e una terza stanza che può essere riservata allo studio o essere impiegata come camera di servizio per gli ospiti.
