The allotted plot is of a rectangular shape with long sides running from north to south. The construction of a new building that does not follow these important pre-existing lines seems a contradiction to me, so the building is positioned on the ground in a comb-shape. A long arm acts as the front end of the living space and the street facing side, creating an excellent basis for the shop windows on the ground floor. The rest of the complex is comprised of a series of blocks perpendicular to the road, attached to the greater block. This allows the creation of large surfaces extending on the more sunny, south side. The blocks are linked to the main arms with interconnecting walkways and elevator towers.

At the top of the plan, one of the blocks is separated, serving as the head. This is to be consistent with the south side where the head is a little pre-existing island. This façade system is depicted on the main plan. In red we see how the whole project fits into the town map, joining with the right size blocks.

The complex is therefore composed of two main bodies: the cue and blocks.
On the cue, there are apartments on each floor except the ground floor, where there are commercial spaces that open onto the street.
In the blocks there are duplex apartments on the floors above and common areas on the ground floor, where the garden is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool. There is an area open to the public within the village. In this area I have designed a public library, a bar and restaurant, as well as a plaza for outdoor events.
Laterally to the library stands a metal sculpture within the garden, which rises from the ground floor up to above the roof.
The rest of the garden is scattered under the blocks with a series of common spaces (for tenants only); two multipurpose rooms (with kitchen), a gym (near the pool) and a series of green lawns and porches, so that this area can be used in all weather conditions. Upstairs, the apartments within the blocks are situated around a skylight hole coverage, down to the first floor. These skylights allow for better lighting as well as excellent ventilation. These also echo the existing design of the courts within the village. In the basement there is a large underground garage containing public and private parking.
