"Quiete" (noto anche come "La Porta del Mare") con i suoi 2287mq è al momento l'area sportiva più ampia al mondo interamente dipinta.

È realizzata con una finitura  bicomponente colorata a base di resine in dispersione acquosa e cariche minerali.

Due enormi figure metamorfiche sono il cardine della rappresentazione e si abbracciano distese sul bagnasciuga, rappresentando l’una la terra l’altro il mare; entrambe hanno lo sguardo rivolto all’infinito, memori di un viaggio che è custodito al loro interno, originato dalla stessa natura di cui sono composti e perfezionato da quella che alimentano con il loro sodalizio.

Ciò che si è voluto rappresentare è l’unità pur nella diversità, la distinzione pur nell’unione, suggerendo la consapevolezza dell’essere parte di un tutto più profondo che va ben al di là della percezione tangibile, qualcosa che non si può abbracciare né capire razionalmente perché è solo una parte di ciò che è più grande di noi e che rende noi più grandi nel momento in cui entriamo in contatto empatico con gli altri e con il mondo di cui facciamo parte.

"Quiete" (also known as 'La Porta del Mare') with its 2287sqm is currently the largest fully painted sports area in the world.

It is realised with a two-component coloured finish based on water dispersion resins and mineral fillers.

Two enormous metamorphic figures are the pivot of the representation and embrace each other lying on the shoreline, one representing the earth, the other the sea; both have their gaze turned towards infinity, mindful of a journey that is kept within them, originating from the very nature of which they are composed and perfected by that which they nourish with their association.

What was intended to represent is unity despite diversity, distinction despite union, suggesting an awareness of being part of a deeper whole that goes far beyond tangible perception, something that cannot be embraced or rationally understood because it is only a part of what is greater than ourselves and that makes us greater as we empathise with others and with the world of which we are a part.
