Casa Cantera 5 is a project designed to provide the best way to live in a home; being an investment project, it was necessary for the project and design to be attractive and functional for a family. The location in one of the most connected and privileged areas of Querétaro makes this project the perfect combination. Here we find natural lighting framed by large windows that help us connect the program, the wood and iron finishes provide a warm and clean feeling to the spaces. 

From the facade, we find neutral colors that highlight the main elements such as the parota door with embedded details that give it movement, and a glass fixture that provides some lightness and pause from the solid materials, steel beams that we find in the garage roof, and the vegetation that brings life before entering the complex.  As a first encounter, we are greeted by wooden stairs and an iron railing that connect us to a hallway that guides us through the large kitchen and the interior courtyard to the public area that offers a large open space surrounded by windows, making it comfortable for hosting gatherings or for the whole family to be together. 

In the garden, we find a sober landscape where we opted for the use of crushed gravel and vegetation that provides a beautiful contrast with the concrete wall, highlighting the green tones. On the side of the house, we have private access to the service area and service room, which have an exterior connection to the kitchen. 

On the upper floor, we are welcomed by the TV room, which serves as a distributor for the 3 bedrooms, making this space a family gathering area. Here you can enjoy a movie with your family or a comfortable reading area. The large master bedroom has a horseshoe-shaped walk-in closet that connects to the double oval marble sink area, measuring over 3 meters, and mirrors with sensors that activate upon entering this area. The full bathroom of this bedroom, in addition to being well-lit with natural light, has a space within the shower area complemented by a bench, making this space unique. The two secondary bedrooms are spacious, have natural ventilation and lighting, and each has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Every detail of Casa Cantera 5, from start to finish, was designed with the desire for its inhabitants to live in comfort and unity.

Casa Cantera 5 es un proyecto pensado en la mejor manera de vivir un hogar; al ser un proyecto de inversión fue necesario que el proyecto y el diseño pudiera ser pensado en ser atractivo y funcional para una familia. La ubicación en una de las zonas más conectadas y privilegiadas de Querétaro hacen de este proyecto el conjunto perfecto. En ella encontramos iluminación natural enmarcada por grandes ventanales que nos ayudan a conectar el programa, los acabados en madera y herrería nos brindan una sensación cálida y limpia de los espacios.

Desde la fachada encontramos colores neutros que destacan los elementos principales como los son la puerta de parota con detalles incrustados que le dan movimiento y un fijo de vidrio que nos dan algo de ligereza y pausa de los materiales sólidos, vigas de acero que encontramos en la techumbre de la cochera y la vegetación que aportan vida desde antes de entrar al conjunto. Como primer encuentro nos reciben las escaleras forradas de madera y un barandal de herrería que nos conectan a un pasillo donde que nos va guiando a través de la gran cocina y el patio interior hasta la zona pública que nos regala un gran claro rodeado de ventanales que hacen de esta zona cómoda para llevar a cabo tus reuniones o para estar toda la familia reunida. En el jardín encontramos un paisaje sobrio donde optamos por el uso de grava triturada y vegetación que nos da un bello contraste con el muro de concreto, lo que hace que resalten los tonos verdes. En el lateral de la casa tendremos el acceso privado para el área de servicio y cuarto de servicio que tienen conexión exterior con la cocina.

En la planta alta nos recibe la sala de TV que funciona como distribuidora para las 3 habitaciones, esto hace que este espacio sea de convivencia familiar, aquí podrás disfrutar de una película en familia o una cómoda área de lectura. La habitación principal de gran tamaño tiene su vestidor en herradura que conecta con el área de lavabo de doble ovalín de mármol de más de 3 metros y espejos con sensor que se activan al entrar a esta zona. El baño completo de esta habitación, además de estar muy bien iluminado con luz natural, encontramos un espacio dentro del área de regadera complementado con una banca que hace este espacio único. Las dos habitaciones secundarias son amplias, tienen ventilación e iluminación natural y cuentan cada una con vestidor y baño completo.

Todos los detalles de Casa Cantera 5, de inicio a fin, fueron diseñados con el deseo de que sus habitantes pudieran habitar en la comodidad y unidad.
