Its architectural compositions features suggestive views of the surrounding landscape, seamlessly blending the indoors and outdoors to create a sense of harmony and balance. Large windows and sliding doors flood the living spaces with natural light, while providing stunning views of the lush greenery and crystal-clear waters that surround the property. The building is conceived as a combination of glass and concrete, creating a striking contrast against the lush greenery and crystal blue waters of the sea. The clean lines of the façade are enriched with the intricate geometric pattern of the terracotta mashrabiya that adds an element of traditional Arabic architecture to the villa. The pattern also serve a functional purpose, allowing natural light to filter through while providing privacy and shade. Beautiful interplays of light and shadow cast ever-changing patterns on the interior walls and floors, the space becomes visually dynamic and eye-catching, the warm tones of terracotta also provide a sense of depth and texture to the otherwise minimalist façade.

The design of the interior is characterized by a clean and modern aesthetic, with a minimalist decor that allows the natural surroundings to take center stage. The use of natural materials in the warm wooden and marble floorings adds warmth and texture to the space while the large windows provide an abundance of natural light and open views toward the sea. The interior spaces are tastefully decorated with luxurious Italian furnishings, curated artwork and technological supplies.
