 The preliminary program advanced by the client advanced with the idea of ​​building a family home with 3 bedrooms where one of them would be more isolated and on an upper floor, taking advantage of the cut that Serra dos Candeeiros makes in the surrounding landscape. Also, that the house lived very closely with the swimming pool and outdoor leisure area.

The premise was based right away on orientation and sun exposure, and the pool was designed to ensure greater exposure to the south and with a building to protect from the north breezes.

The dynamics of the functionality of the spaces, always with a very direct relationship with outdoor leisure spaces, I enhance the proposal in two distinct volumes, a ground floor and another two floors and a third that marks the entrance to the house and distributes to the different functionalities not only of the house as well as of outer space.
