Sao Verissimo House

This house was originally a one-story house. We added the second floor to create a house where the family could live comfortably, using a part of the existing façade.

On the first floor, there is a space where the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a large atrium are integrated. On the second floor, there is a couple's bedroom and a children's room.

There is a difference of land height in this project, and the back side is one floor higher than the front side, so it is difficult for natural light to enter the living room located in the backside. Therefore, the daylight enters through windows on the 2nd floor and the atrium.

After the gate facing the street, there is a parking space and a platform next to the parking. When we go through the entrance door from here, we will enter the wide open living / dining space. In the back there is a kitchen illuminated by skylights, and next to the entrance, there is a staircase that opens to the living room. Behind the stairs, there is a closet and a bathroom, an office and a bedroom.

When we come up to the second floor with the stairs, there is another office space facing the atrium. Next to it, there is a children's room, and on the other side of the stairs there is a shared bathroom. Next to it there is the entrance to the suite room, which has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other side of the street in front of this house is a park, and the trees of the park can be seen from the suite room.

Casa São Veríssimo

Esta casa era originalmente uma casa térrea. Acrescentamos o segundo andar para criar uma casa onde a família pudesse viver confortavelmente, usando uma parte da fachada existente.

No primeiro andar, encontra-se um espaço onde se integram a sala de estar, a sala de jantar e a cozinha com um amplo átrio. No segundo andar, há um quarto de casal e um quarto de criança.

Há uma diferença de altura do terreno neste projeto, e a parte de trás é um andar mais alto do que a parte da frente, por isso é difícil para a luz natural entrar na sala localizada na parte de trás. Portanto, a luz do dia entra pelas janelas do 2º andar e do átrio.

Atrás do portão junto da rua, há um estacionamento e uma plataforma ao lado do estacionamento. Quando passarmos pela porta de entrada a partir daqui, entraremos à sala de estar / jantar amplo. No fundo do espaço, encontra-se uma cozinha iluminada por clarabóias e, junto à entrada, uma escada que dá acesso ao piso superior. Atrás da escada, encontra-se um armário e uma casa de banho, um escritório e um quarto.

Quando subimos ao segundo andar com as escadas, há outro espaço de escritórios junto do átrio. Ao lado fica o quarto das crianças, e do outro lado da escada há uma casa de banho compartilhada. Ao lado fica a entrada para a suíte, que possui a casa de banho própria e o closet. Do outro lado da rua em frente a esta casa existe um parque, e as árvores do parque podem ser vistas da Suíte.

サンベリッシモの家

　この住宅はもともと平屋だった住宅を2階に増築したもので、既存のファサードを生かしながら、家族が快適に暮らせる住宅を考えた。

　一階には寝室と大きな吹き抜けのあるリビング、ダイニング、キッチンが一体となった空間があり、二階には夫婦の寝室と子供部屋がある。

　この敷地には段差があり、通りに面した北側より南側は1階分敷地が高いため、南側に面したリビングには自然光が入りにくい。そこで、吹き抜けを設けることによって2階南側にある窓から1階にあるリビングに向かって採光をした。

　通りに面したゲートを抜けるとパーキングスペースと段差を解消するためのプラットフォームがあり、ここから玄関扉を抜けると大きく開かれたリビング・ダイニングスペースに入る。奥には天窓によって採光されたキッチンがあり、玄関の横にはリビングに開かれた階段がある。階段の奥にはクローゼット、バスルームがあり、その奥にはオフィスとベッドルームがある。

　階段を上り二階に上がると吹き抜けに面したもう一つのオフィススペースがある。その横には子供部屋に使われているベッドルーム、階段の反対側は共用のバスルームがある。その隣にはスィートルームの入口があり、ここには専用のバスルームとウォークインクローゼットが併設されている。この住宅の前にある通りの反対側は公園になっており、スィートルームからは公園の緑を眺めることができる。
