We can't send people back to where there is nothing, first step is to provide basics.
With the use of Hydrogen Generators, solarcells and other renwables like water pressure. the aim is to create indipendent "off grid" Energy solutions. Forming the basic needs of every civilization.
After that the complex will disassemble, move and rebuild it's selve to create a new energyhub over and over again.
Aim is to use the stage in between to test the latest AV-systems and be ready for assistance crisis situations. (local on short notice and planning ahead to offer permanent solutions)
This stage where work is done during day could transform in to a area to come together and enjoy building, with atleast a dance together.
