Situated in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Milan, the apartment is part of an elegant and well-designed complex. 

The apartment is spread over two levels, each with an area of about 200 square meters, connected by an internal staircase. 

The entrance to the apartment opens onto a long and elegant corridor rhythmized by the geometry of the lamps that deliberately create a break with the uniformity of the same.

The walls are treated with a three-dimensional resin from the Giorgio Graesan collection, the doors and wardrobes facing the corridor are integrated into the lining, disappearing accordingly.

 The light is soft and the atmosphere deliberately suspended so as to create the right pathos before accessing the living area and kitchen that open onto this. 

The doors leading to the kitchen and living room are designed by Nomade architecture and specially designed for the project. They are characterized by a geometric pattern taken in some decorative elements of the house, becoming a sort of symbol.

The Doors are made of brushed brass and glass inside which a Dedar golden filigree fabric is inserted. 

The living room and the dining room are connected to each other.

The living area sees as the protagonist a large library designed specifically for the apartment. This becomes a container and exhibitor, creating a rhythmic game in the environment.

The container cubes are partially covered in Dedar fabric, recovering the fabric used in the doors.

Television is hidden behind a specially designed painting for customers, this is connected to a mechanism that rises and goes down. The niches in the living area are completely covered with the same resin used in the corridor, creating visual and tactile continuity with this.

The element highlighting the link between living and dining is lighting. The Henge Ring Lamps were chosen, in the horizontal configuration above the couch and in the vertical configuration above the table. 

The table and chairs were specially designed for the apartment. A table of diameter 220, covered in onyx, sheet specifically chosen by the customer.

The dining table that serves the dining area reflects the same geometrical design of the doors, creating a lure and a decisive sign in the environment.

On the board with the dining area is the kitchen, which in turn overlooks the corridor.

The tailor-made kitchen is an example of room optimization. The table leaning on the central island is in brushed brass, the kitchen is light colored lacquered.

At the end of the corridor you will find the sleeping area. The main room, featuring an impressive bed, upholstered, stands on a 3-dimensional, bamboo-resin-walled wall. The two sides of the bedroom are full-height cabinets, but unexpectedly, one of the cabinet doors on the right leads to a cabinet equipped with every comfort. 

The bathroom in the bedroom is a jewel.

The marble eperador gray is the protagonist, defining spaces and niches. A portal includes two wash basins and a vanity cabinet hidden behind a mirrored wall.

On the front wall there is a hot tub and a large shower. The atmosphere is elegant and lovely. 

The second bedroom is played on warm beige tones, as well as the bathroom to which it is connected. A beige emperador marble strip, used on the ground and on two walls, is protagonist along with ivory resin walls. 

The small guest bathroom on the corridor is a small masterpiece, the bamboo resin features the atmosphere, emphasized by the accent lighting next to the washbasin cabinet. 

A sculptural staircase connects to the lower floor.

The scale is emphasized by a specially designed lamp designed for the project, small drops of crystal that emphasize the verticality of the whole.

The staircase is played on two materials, cement and wood. The initial part of the staircase is embossed with wooden steps, then poured on a cement-resin base, which houses some of the wooden steps handled by many sculptors.

A specially designed bookcase, made of wood (the same on the staircase) and burnished, becomes a fun alternative to a parapet

This floor is dedicated to leisure and body care. 

A long corridor with glass on one side and covered in mirrors on the other, progressively reveals the secret heart of this home, a large spa area articulated in the gym and damp area. 

Going through the gym equipped and designed together with Tecnogym you get to the wet area.

Here is a custom heated heated swimming pool, with countercurrent swimming and integrated lighting, featuring a retractable mechanical towel. 

Overlooking the pool environment, there is a small sauna and a hammam covered in tadelackt made by artisans specially arrived from Morocco.

The effect is unique, the colors here are deliberately more dazzling and elegant, a kind of sophisticated alcove of intimacy to devote themselves to, forgetting the surrounding world completely.

Situato in una delle più belle zone residenziali di Milano, l'appartamento fa parte di un elegante e ben progettato complesso.

L’appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli, ognuno con una superficie di circa 200 mq, collegati tramite una scala interna.

L’ingresso all’appartamento si apre su un lungo ed elegante corridoio ritmato dalla geometria delle lampade che volutamente creano una rottura con la uniformità del medesimo. Le pareti sono trattate con una resina tridimensionale della collezione Giorgio Graesan, le porte ed ante di armadi che affacciano sul corridoio sono integrate nel rivestimento, sparendo di conseguenza. La luce è soffusa e l’atmosfera volutamente sospesa, così da creare il giusto pathos prima di accedere alla zona soggiorno e cucina che si aprono su questo.

Le porte che conducono alla cucina ed al soggiorno sono disegnate da Nomade architettura e realizzate appositamente per il progetto. Sono caratterizzate da un disegno geometrico ripreso in alcuni elementi decorativi della casa, diventando una sorta di simbolo. Le Porte sono realizzate in ottone brunito e vetri all’interno dei quali è inserito un tessuto in filigrana dorata di Dedar.

Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono connessi tra di loro.

La zona living vede come protagonista una grande libreria disegnata appositamente per l’appartamento. Questa diventa contenitore ed espositore, creando un gioco di forte ritmicità nell’ambiente. I cubi contenitori sono in parte rivestiti in tessuto Dedar, riprendendo il tessuto utilizzato nelle porte. La televisione è nascosta dietro ad un quadro realizzato appositamente per i clienti, questo è connesso ad un meccanismo che sale e scende a comando. Le nicchie della zona giorno sono interamente rivestite con la stessa resina utilizzata in corridoio, creando continuità visiva e tattile con questo.

L’elemento che evidenzia la liaison tra living e zona pranzo è l’illuminazione. Sono state scelte le lampade Ring di Henge, nella configurazione orizzontale sopra al divano e nella configurazione verticale sopra al tavolo.

Il tavolo e le sedie sono state disegnate appositamente per l’appartamento. Un tavolo di diametro 220, rivestito in onice, lastra appositamente scelta dalla cliente.

La madia che serve la zona pranzo ripropone il medesimo disegno geometrico delle porte, creando un richiamo e segno deciso nell’ambiente.

In asse con la zona pranzo si trova la cucina, che a sua volta affaccia sul corridoio.

La cucina, realizzata a misura è un esempio di ottimizzazione degli spazi.

Il tavolo break che appoggia sull’isola centrale è in ottone brunito, la cucina laccata color tortora chiaro.

A conclusione del corridoio si trova la zona notte.

La camera principale, caratterizzata da un letto importante realizzato a misura, imbottito, si appoggia ad una parete-testata in resina tridimensionale, effetto bamboo. I due lati della camera da letto sono occupati da armadi a tutta altezza, per lei e per lui. Inaspettatamente però una delle ante dell’armadio di destra conduce ad una cabina armadio attrezzata con ogni comfort.

Il bagno della camera da letto è un gioiello. Il marmo eperador grey è protagonista, definendo gli spazi e le nicchie.

Un portale che include due postazioni lavabi ed un mobile vanity nascosto dietro ad una parete a specchio.

Sulla parete frontale sono state inserite una vasca idromassaggio ed una ampia doccia in nicchia. L’atmosfera è elegante e incantevole.

La seconda camera da letto è giocata sui toni caldi del beige, così come il bagno a cui è collegata. Una striscia di marmo emperador beige, utilizzato a a terra e su due pareti, è protagonista insieme alle pareti in resina avorio.

Il bagno ospiti, che dà sul corridoio è un piccolo capolavoro, la resina bamboo ne caratterizza l’atmosfera, enfatizzata dall’illuminazione di accento accanto al mobile lavabo.

Una scala scultorea connette al piano inferiore.

La scala è enfatizzata da una lampada realizzata appositamente per il progetto, piccole gocce di cristallo che sottolineano la verticalità del tutto.

La scala è giocata su due materiali, il cemento ed il legno.

La parte iniziale della scala è a sbalzo con gradini che riversano su un basamento in resina effetto cemento, che ospita alcuni dei gradini in legno, trattati a mò di elementi scultorei.

Una libreria appositamente disegnata, in legno (il medesimo della scala) ed ottono brunito, diventa una divertente alternative ad un parapetto

Questo piano è dedicato allo svago ed alla cura del corpo.

Un lungo corridoio vetrato da un lato e rivestito in specchi dall’altro, svela progressivamente il cuore segreto di questa casa, un’ampia area wellness articolata in palestra e zona umida.

Passando attraverso il locale palestra attrezzato e progettato insieme a Tecnogym si arriva alla zona umida.

Qui è stata inserita una piscina riscaldata custom made, con nuoto controcorrente ed illuminazione integrata, dotata di telo meccanico di chiusura a scomparsa.

Si affacciano sull’ambiente piscina una piccola sauna ed un hammam, rivestito in tadelackt realizzato da artigiani arrivati appositamente  dal Marocco.

L’effetto è unico, i colori qui sono volutamente più cupi ed eleganti, una sorta di sofisticata alcova di intimità in cui dedicarsi a se stessi, dimenticando completamente il mondo circostante.
