For the "Hall" project, mainly blockboard was used.

The wainscoting (whose function is aesthetic and not structural) was made with fir blockboard veneered with Ash.  Alternatively, more economical products could be used such as MDF (a panel made of medium-density fibreboard) or particle board (panel formed by an agglomerate of chips). Generally, the thickness of the wainscoting ranges from 10 mm for particle board and MDF, up to 15 mm for blockboard and plywood. MDF is considered especially suitable in furnishings where the surface and edges are milled and routed.

The desk and the covering of the air passages above the glass were made with poplar hardboard veneered with Malabar Ebony, an African wood widely used in fine furniture. We work more than 50 species of wood, each with distinct characteristics and colours. We also perform special processing to achieve unique effects (Sawn Veneer) or specific colours (Heat-Treated and Smoked, Reconstructed or Tinted Veneer).
