The building consists of 5 pieces, aligned as Kite shaped.

On top the administration area, Classrooms as body sailing and the multipurpose area on bottom.

Levels are different by funtion: groundflour is the educational area, with day care zone and refectory.

The upfloor is relationship area, with activities classes and leasure spaces.

The whole path through the architecture of this building aim to help the children to organise itself instinctively. The step inside and the subsequent stay of the children teach and leads them to leave the mother and enter the community.

On entrance floor the spaces are designed in a "U“ structured plan oriented to the park. On first floor, spaces are distributed within a block body that has two wide windows looking on both sides.

The downstairs space has been designed with “modular" furniture, wood colored, each with a function. Their role being to contain equipment (shelves, closets and pantries).

A ramp is used to move up and with this there is a double-height space that visually links the two floors. A zenith lighting path is created from a skylight in the roof.

The two Classrooms upstairs are similar size and has a higher roof.

The sleep-room enjoy special bed finishing (Japanese Tatami) on floor and wall.

The covered terrace above the dining room is part of the educational area and is an extended outdoor area for activities.

Externally, the south facade looking the city is completely exposed concrete with regular and geometric shapes, structured, like life in the city.

Instead, the north aspect, facing the big park, consists of a glass wall which as special mirrored reflections that creates a fantastic and illusory atmosphere where the concrete classooms blocks seem to fly and the park seems to be unlimited.
