Project b75 is located in Altadore, one of Calgary’s older established neighborhoods. The concept behind this project was to provide an innovatively designed affordable housing option in a city known for its urban sprawl. Completed in 2014, the home features two semi-detached staggered units, spanning over 2800 ft2 of developed area. Custom fixtures and designer fireplace complement the vast amount of natural light that filters through the house- emphasizing the openness of the floor plan. The interior themes utilizes reclaimed wood, designer tile, quartz countertops, brushed oak flooring, walnut and slate cabinets, custom concrete butcher blocks, and designer lighting to create a harmonious living space.
