This piece is hand-knitted using an estonian lace pattern with a leaf motif on 11 repeats. For the top, I custom designed a spiral piece, growing from the inside out. It matches the amount of stitches from the tube.
After completion, the pieces was sculptures into a free standing lace light. It is mounted on a wodden base, which includes the light fixture.
