Felix Perasso
Felix Perasso - licensed Architect in Italy - studied Architecture in Innsbruck obtaining a scholarship of merit for his bachelor thesis supervised by Patrick Schumacher. He graduated after taking part at the Sustainable Urban Design studio of LTH Lund - Sweden. His master thesis investigated strategies for the activation of abandoned infrastructures and applied the research on a vision for the city of Genova (Italy). This personal interest led him to OMA in Rotterdam, where he worked on the design for the transformation of the historic KaDeWe department store in Berlin. Afterwards he joined Snøhetta where he worked on cultural and commercial projects. In 2017 he was a jury member for the observatory house competition in Roccascalegna organized by YAC. In 2017, 2018 and 2023 Felix was teaching as a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck - Studio2. In 2019 he founded Atelier Perasso, an architecture firm based in Altoadige that works on various design scales focusing on concept driven design. His works where exhibited inter alia at the 13th Venice Architecture Biennial, the EXPO Real in Munich and the Prague Architecture Biennial.
