ARQUIFIL Metalized micromeshes, techno-decorative high-tech fabrics Technology meets Italian Style Engineered and perfect for glass lamination, ARQUIFIL meshes and fabrics are manufactured entirely in Italy with synthetic cojugated fibers with: − Aluminum − Copper − Bronze − Titanium − Inbox The range is available in many different openings and with a double-side metalization for a perfect regulation of the light: mesh openings from 1000micron to 25micron with open light passage from 25% to 60%, and thickness from 1000micron to 75micron. Each of the metals used gives the mesh and the fabric a specific colour, enabling an high diversification and an excellent easthetic result able to meet every project need. ARQUIFIL meshes are used in external applications with all plastic interlayers: thanks to their high dimensional stability and a hydrophilic treated surface, they are prepared to receive the interlayers used in glass lamination. Moreover, our products are more transparent and lighter (about 50% less) than a corresponding metal fabric, and they do not need to be cleaned and therefore are ready to use in the industrial process. In IGU, they offer an optimum tridimensional aspect. ARQUIFIL products are extremely flexible, easy to use in production and have a very high adhesion to the plastic interlayers with an high reduction of the delamination risk. ARQUIFIL can be decorated with different techniques: embossing, crumpling, laser etching and engraving, pleating and embroidering. − ARQUIFIL in internal applications: laminated in clear glass or mirror base glass or with colored interlayers, allow the designers to play with the brighteness of the metals. − ARQUIFIL in no-glass applications: used to manufcture decorative panels, separation panels for home, retail, museums, hotels and yatches. Arquifil range is available in the following versions: • ARQUIFIL DUO: Two layers laminated fabrics Bright / Dull surfaces. • ARQUIFIL GLAM: Two colors fabric with bright and AL coated surface; • ARQUIFIL DARK METAL: Black fabric AL coated and Bright Effect. Arquifil fabrics are available with a “no-touch” anti-fingerprint finishing. Decorations: • ARQUIFIL G: Embossing with standard or customized designs. Best on 003 / 090 fabrics. • ARQUIFIL D: Digital printing on one or both sides. • ARQUIFIL S: Crumpling. • ARQUIFIL P: Pleating. Custom design, best on 010 fabrics. • ARQUIFIL L: Laser engraving, best on 005 / 010 / 090 / DUO 008/75 fabrics. • ARQUIFIL LE: Laser etching, best on 003/ 004 / 010 / 090 fabrics.
