ATTA is based in Paris as an international team of architects, designers, and creative professionals. We are currently involved in a wide range of scales and typologies from public commissions to private projects
in France, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, the USA, Brazil, and Asia. Since the begging, ATTA is working on multicultural projects that we are focusing on tackling issues of memory, archaeology, anthropology, and the future.
Our best-known project for the creation of the Estonian National Museum (34,000m2), Hirosaki Museum of Contemporary Art (3,500m2), The Al Thani Collection - Hotel de la Marine (760m2), Vitra Garden House (700m2), Furoshiki Pavilion at the Hotel de Ville de Paris (500m2), a private residence, and artistic installations such as LIGHT is TIME in Milan Design Week 2014. Currently, we are working on a 3.4km long urban agriculture project - 388 FARM in Shibuya-city and the Imperial Hotel Tokyo (to be completed in 2036).
ATTA has been awarded many prizes including the Grand Prix of French Architects for Export (AFEX) in 2016 and the second time in 2021, the Grand Prize of the Estonian Cultural Endowment Award, the 67th Japanese Ministry new face Award of Minister of Education Award for Fine Arts in Japan, the Silver Medal of the Jean-Dejean Prize of the French Academy of Architecture and the New Albums of Young Architects and Landscape designers of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication (NAJAP 07-08). Since 2018, the ATTA's solo exhibition "Archaeology of the Future" has been traveling to exhibit in Japan, Brazil, Switzerland, and Czech Public.
