Brigitte HELLIN, born in Belgium, and Hilda SEBBAG, born in Morocco, met at the Grand Palais, which housed the Unité Pédagogique d'architecture N° 7, and obtained their diploma in 1983.
Winners of the Programme Architecture Nouvelle PAN 13 in 1984, then of the Albums de la Jeune Architecture in 1988, they quickly had access to public commissions through competitions.
They created the HELLIN-SEBBAG agency in Paris in 1988, then a second agency in Montpellier in 1990.
In 2009, they welcomed a junior partner, Benjamin PIRANY, born in Alsace, who graduated in 2005 from the Montpellier School of Architecture.
In 2022, HELLIN-SEBBAG Architectes Associés rejuvenates and becomes HSP architectes (HELLIN SEBBAG PIRANY architectes), Benjamin PIRANY, joins Brigitte HELLIN and Hilda SEBBAG in the co management.
Today, the HSP architectes agency designs and builds, for public or private institutional clients, collective housing and public facilities with a rigorous and careful implementation, favoring low-tech solutions in their environmental approach.
