MOSS SERIES

Moss series™, a lighting and design publishing start-up, was founded in 2005. The brand is committed to fostering a lateral and open relationship between creative direction and craftsmanship. It has been recognized thanks to the integration of optical fibers in its lights and its expertise in modeling and blowing glass. Share beauty, lightness, the magic of light is the aim of the brand together with a particular attention to craftsmanship and raw materials. Moss Series is mainly involved in producing pendant lamps, some of which combine LED technology with fiber optic technology, but there is no shortage of floor and table lamps. The manufacturing is done by hand, in workshops near Paris. Each light is numbered. Today the brand signs 4 collections inspired to the main element the lamops are made of: Galet, Bulle, Tube and Cristal. The birth, a close collaboration with the French designer Isa Moss who designs custom-made ornamental chandeliers for hotels, buildings, headquarters. Each of its pieces are unique, designed and manufactured for a single place. Isa Moss constantly travels between the fields of architecture, sculpture, invention and design. The central axes of his work include the intrinsic mechanical, physical and aesthetic qualities of materials and the exploration of light.
