JAVA architecture
JAVA is an architectural firm based in Paris.

Above all, it is part of a pragmatic attitude, the objective of which is to build sustainable architectures, that is to say living spaces integrated into their context and taking users into account.

While this goal seems obvious, it is still complex to implement in the period of financial and programmatic uncertainty that we are going through.

The projects of the JAVA architectural agency are imbued with this search for economy and efficiency in the choice of material and its implementation.

JAVA architecture studies and implements everyday projects: the apartment, the house, the living unit. Today the spaces of the dense area of the metropolis are already built. With the scarcity of land, the growing demand for space, the urgent need to preserve soil, making the city into the city is a necessity. Faced with this observation, the agency specialized in projects to improve the existing: rehabilitation, heightening and extension.

The JAVA architecture agency is developing partnerships with lawyers and engineers in order to offer complete solutions to facilitate and support the most complex projects. The agency is thus inventing advice systems to create an upstream synergy with the contracting authority and the partners involved in the creation of territories.

Complementary, the three associate architects were able to pool their skills and experiences with public and private project managers, on projects ranging from the scale of the urban project to that of the living unit.

JAVA was created in 2014 and is made up of three partners:

Florian Levy, architect HMONP

Alma Bali, architect HMONP

Laurent Sanz, architect HMONP, Urbanist
