Solaris Tende designs and produces textile architecture and both internal and external blinds. In recent years, we have contributed to the development of technical fabrics that meet specific requirements such as protection from excessive light and heat, acoustic comfort optimisation for buildings, safety conditions’ enhancement, and systems ease of use and with capability to adapt via home automation to every potential usage scenario.
Our products are specifically studied, personalized and often specially engineered to fully meet the demands for the most innovative projects.
Our internal blinds, such as roller blinds, pleated and cellular blinds (honeycell), sliding panel curtains, draped curtains, double-cloth with variable lighting zebra blinds are all designed to guarantee not only a perfect integration as regards interior decoration, but also to provide on one hand the best light, thermal and acoustic comfort and on the other the best privacy and ease of use conditions. Our external blinds and curtains, such as sun blinds, facades awnings, porch awnings and skylight blinds or awnings are designed to guarantee a long-lasting duration and a long-term weather resistance (sun, wind, snow, UV rays) and our products are designed to be integrated into the building’s architectural project. Particular attention is given to the most recent sustainability protocols such as LEED and ITACA.
Our textile façades are innovative and often integrated with awnings or external blinds. These elements are usually created in the first stages of the conception of the building shell’s project. Some architects, such as Renzo Piano, turned them into a fundamental element. Textile façades add value to the project and can be integrated not only into blinds, but also into decorations, digital printing designs and writings as well as LED lighting.
Our folding or wrap-up textile walls meet the needs for making large environments more enjoyable; whether it is a conference room, an concert hall, a gym, a showroom or other display areas, our movable textile walls allow to reduce space or to split it for a more flexible use. Our textile walls can be designed to improve acoustics, for instance by means of a high sound absorbency or else a fair quality of acoustic insulation.
Our custom-made textile sound-absorbing panels integrate into other sound-absorbing products such as blinds and curtains or movable textile walls’ curtains to guarantee a matching solution and a top-level acoustic result.
