Wood’d was built on love for good design and the best manufacturing
On the idea that traditional materials could match a contemporary perspective about design, graphic, illustration and photography.
We’ve been looking for a better designed, better quality and personal case for our smartphones, that could represent the inner creatives that are in us. Like the most of us, we were tired of fast, cheap and plastic cases. So we had to design our own.
Our aim is to improve the relationship we have with the daily goods we keep carrying, sure of the impact that a well manufactured and design product can have in our lives.
We founded the company in 2012, after we both did our experiences in fashion and communication. We started designing the products and the brand in the family’s business, a 40 years factory specialised in wood manufacturing.
Today, our wooden cases and accessories gave our brand the chance to be recognised in europe, japan, korea and us. What keeps wood’d running is the cooperation between traditional and innovative production methods, while taking care of any single aspect of the product, from its first drawings to the communication processes.
