The BIM Design team attributes this certification to all BIM objects found on BIM.Archiproducts.com produced by third party companies that meet with the minimum requirements (geometric and non-geometric), regarded as essential for their use in the BIMoriented project.
The checks focus mainly on:
- extraction of technical data in the information data sheet, or the completeness of the data provided, in relation to the kind of object represented;
- the usability of the BIM geometry (the exact representation of the object, its parametric functionality and the weight of the file).
The BIM.Archiproducts certification guarantees the quality of the BIM object, validated by the professionals and specialists, who make up the BIM Design Team and are up to speed with standardisation legislation UNI/CT 033/GL05 “Product codification and building production processes” ISO 19650 - CEN - TC 442 - UNI 11337.
All the BIM Design Team certified objects are warranted to be valid tools for all the stakeholders of the BIM production process.
