NJ Interiors

The NJ interiors project started in 2015. Two young artists and long- time friends from Italy’s South Tyrol, Jacopo Candotti (sculptor) and Nicole Valenti (designer), began a new adventure together in a small home workshop located in the heart of Florence, where they created a new and personal way of conceiving the art of interior design.

NJ interiors like to call their creations “functional sculpture”. This year, they are presenting a collection of door handles, knobs and furniture. These items are characterised by the fusion of sculpture and functionality, which come together to create unique objects.
NJ interiors’ creations are entirely handmade by the best Italian craftsmen. The NJ project is a journey through the universe of forms and materials, in which inspiration gives birth to original and sophisticated objects. A tropical bird, the texture of a rock, the shape of a branch become door handles.
NJ Studio provides personalized advice and interior design services, creating signature spaces and atmospheres in which sculpture and decor are in close relation with architecture.
