Founded in 2010, Trockland Management GmbH is an investment and project development company focusing on unconventional real estate assets. Headquartered in Berlin, Trockland owns and realizes projects in prime urban locations in Germany’s capital. The company’s activities include new construction and acquisition of existing assets with the objective of converting or renovating residential and commercial projects to sustainably enhance value.
