MABELE is a leading company specialised in manufacturing metal. It comes from the historical metal carpentry MA-BO Ltd , that was established in Turin in the 70’s by Lorenzo Bosca project. At the beginning only two people run the Company. In the first half of the 90’s, the second generation succeeded the old one and thanks to specializations achieved during the years ,the Company grew up, reaching today almost thirty employees.
Paolo Bosca is the new owner, who, with the same energy and passion of his father, has decided to devote his entrepreneurial experience, technology, such as laser cutting machines, and know how in a new project: MABELE. It is a new division brand born in 2008,which combines ideas and materials, technology and craftsmanship skills, satisfying the needs of those clients who wish to have interior design objects and architectures customizable.
The Company realizes architectures in both public and private sectors, providing clients with safety, reliability and timeliness. A team of professionals collaborate closely with architects and designers developing innovative ideas. Teamwork and ”metal craftsmen” expertise transform the idea into reality, experimenting new forms and searching for the perfect combination of both aesthetics and function. In addition to a wide range of standard colors, finishes and paintings, from glossy to opaque and from embossed to mica, Mabele offers different handcrafted and custom treatments that bestows to the matter a multitude of effects in order to make a work unique and not standard.
The company offers two lines: Home Decor and Architectural Works. The steel, seen as a fabric to mould and fold, has its aesthetic strength in the origami obtained by laser cutting and customizable according to clients’ preferences. Home Decors consists of: wall hanging bookcases, tables, desks, coffee tables and magazine racks original design ideas. An ideal furniture line for stores, houses, hotels, restaurants and professional studios. The architectural works are, instead, technically, bespoke articles of carpentry. So far, MABELE has carried out interior stairs, gates for villas, metal coverings for walls, furniture stores and verandas.
The high attention to details and finishes places our collection in a medium/high-end market. Keeping domestic the entire production process,100% made in Torino, Italy, Mabele can take care of the entire product, ensuring bespoke objects in a short time, fulfilling client’s needs. Strong of its experience and the high product quality, the Company has reached quickly an international dimension, spreading its work from Europe to Asia passing by the Middle- East. The purpose is a further internationalization to promote its art and its expertise in metalworking, always taking care and control of the entire supply chain.
The total monitor and control of production processes takes place in the Company, through design and management software. The improvement of laser cutting, the manufacturing of various metal and some certification as UNI EN ISO 9001 (proper management of productive processes), UNI EN ISO 3834 (proper management of the process of welding fabrication), UNI EN 1090 (CE marked products), ensure high quality of the 100% made in Italy to final products.
