The idea of building houses based on a parti­cular philosophy and entirely according to our own concept has always fascinated us. Houses to feel comfortable in, houses that bring together contemporary but also timeless architecture and the highest standard of technological quality in their construction.

In fact, combining our skills in planning, construction and commercial prudence was the next logical step, and led to the founding of “Asso­ciation Arend & Fischbach” in 1989, now a ­leading real ­estate company in Luxembourg. Evidently, our concept was convincing because from these beginnings, the brand Maisons Loginter evolved in 1994. We owe our good reputation to robust and inno­vative planning and development, a well versed, experienced team and the trust given in us by the clients involved.
