TAL

TAL (Technical Architectural Lighting), Belgian expert for lighting solutions, was founded in 1992 as Digilight Deinze. In 1996, the company moved to Pittem, today's the company headquarter. In 2000 the company changed its name from Digilight Deinze into TAL. Innovative solutions have been introduced ever since; in 2009 TAL launched the B4 with Porifera System (a unique system for cooling powerleds and other electronic components through aluminium foam). TAL's mission is one of technical and aesthetical innovation: “ You might call us light addicts... light is vital, it needs to be functional, efficient, controllable but at the same time we need light for our well-being, as a creator of colour, warmth and atmosphere...” A series of important designers is collaborating with TAL, among which Michel de Nyn, C4 or Thomas B. Schmidt. The exquisite and innovative collections include e.g. THINK.small (Modest in size, big in performance) or CU29.
