Studio Fini Architettura
Architecture Firm Dominican Republic
Hospitality and Tourism Architecture has always been of great importance to our professional studio. In 1978, Studio Fini designs and directs the construction of the holiday complex Tabatinga Lagoa in Brazil, which, with an extension of more than 700 acres, occupies much of the coast in the city of Santos. This particular project marks the beginning of a series of large projects, in Italy and abroad, such as the Marina of Porto Rotondo in Sardinia (Italy), the Gouvia Marina in Corfù (Greece), the Marina of Casa de Campo (Dominican Republic), the Marina of Puerto Bahia Samanà (Dominican Republic).
The focus on Resorts and Marinas is also favored by Gianfranco Fini's deep knowledge of the sea and passion for sailing.
The main feature of Studio Fini is the capacity to develop "turnkey" solutions. This formula provides the customer with a continuous care, support and orientation, from the preliminary phase of the project until its executive phase, arriving at the determination of the smallest detail in architecture and decoration, furniture and landscaping.
In 1998 Nicola Fini, after gruaduating with honors from the Architecture Faculty of La Sapienza University in Rome, became an integral part of Studio Fini Architettura.
Father and daughter together have developed since then a number of projects following a line design according to which spaces, environments and volumes must be designed in relation to the user, with forms and original solutions that respect the landscapes and natural environment in which they are embedded.
Since 1991, Studio Fini is focusing on the development and implementation of different residences and private villas, tourist centers, Marinas and Hotels in the Dominican Republic, contributing to the improvement in the use of the infinite natural resources of this beautiful country.
