With nearly two decades of existence, Crisbase is a company that produces glass pieces for lighting and decoration, with some similarities to a glass art studio. The history of Crisbase begins long before its creation. Actually, it all starts with the journey of the people who work here that ever since been connected to the glass industry, following, many of them, the journey already made by their relatives who eventually give them unique expertise and invaluable in art of working with glass. At this point, it should be noted that the region of Marinha Grande, where is Crisbase, is known for its connection to the glass industry, this bond has over 250 years of tradition. Allied to this tradition, Crisbase commitment to research, development and creation of new forms, colors and textures, and this is the result of combining the work of designers with the Glass Masters. This symbiosis, aims to create pieces that despite being made in series, have a soul and character and will easily recognize as our. This recognition is a victory for us because, we paddled in the opposite direction to a society where objects are born without a soul, without a past, without human value and where we have recognition of our pieces as unique, exclusive, authentic. Our concept as creators, is based on the idea that the forms exist because there is light, so we want to create a perfect circle, where the shapes that appear from light, illuminate ultimately create new forms.
