The agency was founded in 2001. It is principally occupied with public sector projects : - social housing, - schools and educational buildings, - cultural centres - car parks… The agency's current work in progress includes: - construction of 20 council flats in the 11th district in Paris, - renovation of an auditorium at the Musée d'Orsay in the 7th district in Paris, - renovation of a school in the Paris area, - construction of an Educational Centre for Trainees Learning the Building Trade in the Paris area. Frédéric Schlachet also teaches at the National School for Higher Educational Study of Architecture of Paris Malaquais.
