In AATA ARCHITECTS we are dedicated to architectural design and to ensure the optimal development of the construction of our projects, with a broad spectrum of topics. In our offices we develop industrial, commercial, educational, institutional, residential and interior design projects. We are a professional team, highly skilled and with strong artistic vocation. We work to make our projects stand out in the market for its significance, originality and additional value; being solutions to the needs of our clients and users, embodied in space and built forms. Our projects are developed considering environmental variables and available resources, always aiming to make a sustainable architecture, high efficiency energit?rmica and according to the requirements and needs of our customers. Some of our recent projects include the design of two mixed-use buildings, with residential program, hotel and shopping in El Colorado and Headlands. We also develop the second phase of clearance of luxury offices, 400m2, the first phase, completed in 2005, include design and rating of 700m2. We recently completed the first phase of a tourism project on Easter Island, made up of 4 prefabricated huts, of a total of 12, which was a management challenge, achieving interesting innovations in the construction system and management expertise with an outstanding design. ARCHITECTS AATA is responsible for the design and renovation of all stores Pollini, Gino Mingo and from 2004 and Bruno Rossi store from 2010 that open in shopping centers in Santiago and regions. Between 2004 and 2006 was developed and completed a Mining for Faena Hotel El Penon in Antofagasta, with an area of ​​1440m2 and a cost of more than 500 thousand euros, a project that was published by Italian architecture magazine Domus. This project was a modular design, efficient and innovative we are finished developing. AATA ARCHITECTS joining ventures with the office Zerafa Architecture Studio, New York, won second place in the international competition Correos de Chile for its new Corporate Building in Santiago de Chile, organized by the institution with the Ministry of Public Works [MOP] and were finalist in a private competition to design the new Citic Plaza, Mixed Use Development and Trade Offices of 150.000m2 in Chengdu, China.
