STUDIO ADS Sp. z o. o. exists since 1989. The architect: Piotr Z. Barełkowski is the owners of the company. He gained his professional experience in Polish and foreign /Germany, Norway/ design studios. Area of conducting business covers all Poland as well as the cooperation with foreign companies. The company employs 80 people on a regular post and cooperates permanently with over 80 specialists on the basis of long-term contracts in all branches of design, on the whole territory of Poland. There are over 65 graphic stations. The evidence of it has been given in the attached reference list of investors. Many of the investors have received service not only in the domain of general design project, but also as far as running the investment project from the very beginning is concerned. These activities include: purchasing the land, decision on Land Develop¬ment and Territory Conditions, decision on building permit, preparing the execution process, tendering, selecting executors, time schedule, investor’s supervision until the end of the investment process, that is final acceptance. In the structure of STUDIO ADS function such sections as: Architectural Section, Constructional Section, Electrical Installations’ Section, Sanitary Installations’ Section, Central Heating Systems Section, Ventilation, Industrial Systems’ Section, Execution and Investment Supervision Section, Low- voltage Current Section, Real Property Section. Due to acquired experience in preparing projects, tendering and execution of investment projects we can cope with tasks, which have been given us at any stage of the investment process.
