Item is a creative trio that combines the talents of two exceptional designers, Cedric Ragot and Laurent Vermeglio with planner/strategist Joe Odukoya. item was created to focus on design innovation for consumer electronics products but we like to pride ourselves on our versatility; item's projects have therefore included hi-tech toys, mobile phones, storage devices and user interface concepts. We don't believe in mission statements but our aim is to make the tag 'designed by item' synonymous with flair, creativity and that elusive enchantment factor that makes objects a pleasure to own and use. We also do all we can to ensure that working with us is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Ultimately we do what we do because we believe that great design motivates, promotes and inspires and that is what item is all about - great design.
