Cell DSGN

Cell DSGN is a design consultancy studio set up in 2003 by two young designers, Smita Singh Rathore and Shani Himanshu. Originally from India, the duo finished their training at the Domus Academy, a fashion and design school in Milan, and went on to work with important brands including Diesel, Levi’s, Gas Jeans, Head, 55 DSL, My Privee, Nigel Preston, Nay-ked and Pachamama. Cell DSGN was born out of a passion for design and an enduring enthusiasm for creating beautiful things. It’s a team of creative minds from different design backgrounds, who hold true to their philosophy of ‘balanced design’. Located on the shores of a lake in the heart of New Delhi, India, the studio provides the perfect setting for the free flow of inspiration and ideas. The team of designers at Cell DSGN has always believed that creativity is limitless and over the years has widened its areas of expertise into product, furnishings and accessories design along with fashion. Their fashion background allows Cell DSGN to mix flair for fashion with the functionality of design.
