PREBIT

Prebit SpA is an Italian firm producing and marketing waterproofing and thermal-acoustic insulating products, as well as auxiliary materials for each of these fields. Born in 1976, it has been one of the first European businesses to produce waterproofing modified bitumen based membranes made with atactic and isotactic propylene, discovered by the Nobel prize Giulio Natta. Its production plant lies on an area being 25,000 sq mt. large, 6000 sq mt out of them are covered. The production of polymer bitumen membranes has been supported by 3 plants designed by Prebit to combine different materials in order to obtain innovative solutions. Today Prebit exports to the Mediterranean basin. In Italy it is represented by a network of agents, in order to offer customers the best assistance, together with its engineering department. It is just from a continuous daily contact with architects, engineers, technicians applying our products and distributors, that new products are made and new systems. challenging the most modern architecture solutions, are developed. From these information the project Tegolblok was born, meant for producing a REALLY ventilated roof system. Prebit has produced over years, waterproofing and thermal insulation installations for trade centres, hotels, holiday villages, firms, offices, schools, hospitals.
