The SBID International Design Awards 2015 are now open for submissions. Since its inception in 2011, the SBID Awards has recognised, rewarded and celebrated design excellence: from luxury projects to innovative design and new talent on limited budgets. Architects, interior designers and manufacturers are invited to submit their projects and products by Thursday July 30th 2015.

This year’s edition will include the new categories Office Design and Healthcare Design which will be added to existing popular categories like: Best Hotel Design, Best Retail Design, Best Intelligent Design, Best KBB Project, Best Public Space and Visualisation (3D renderings), for a total of 14 categories. Each category will undergo an exclusive two-tier judging process by panels of leading industry experts for both technical content and aesthetic creativity. Elements such as brief compliance, budget, health & safety, and fit-for-purpose design will be evaluated. Entrants will also get the opportunity to promote their submission once finalists have been announced, as the public will be invited to vote for their favourite projects online.
