Tired of collisions with absent-minded pedestrians? Fed up with cellphone addicted getting in the way? Good news: problem solved.

Chinese city launches first sidewalk for cellphone users. To the left, people concentrate on their mobile phones while those on the right have their hands free as they walk on a sidewalk where a sign indicates the "First mobile phone sidewalks in China" in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality.

A line was painted on the middle of the 50-meter pedestrian way, half for those who need to use their phones and the other half for those who do not.
