CASA PDR 385 at Praia D'El Rey is a residential project by the Portuguese office FRA G MENT OS.

A composition of horizontal and vertical wooden brise soleils make up the southern façade, to ensure privacy and adequate shading.

The living room is the central room of the house, operating as a large hall that gives a sense of dynamism and movement, providing a 360° view of all areas of the house, including the outside.

Thanks to its large windows, the living room creates a space in which the boundary between inside and outside cannot be perceived, creating a seamless connection with the garden and the swimming pool.

The four bedrooms located on the first floor are accessible via a large mezzanine space that acts as a filter between the two floors.
