MILAN DESIGN WEEK_ The Dutch designer Reinier de Jong will present its new Steel folding chair at the Anatomia del Design exhibition next week during Milan Design Week.
Steel chair is a modest chair reflecting the everyday nature of its original components: it’s made by tool handles that show traces of their former use by their patina. Color and texture depend on the type and use of wood and stands out from new and clean wood in the parts where the handles are cut. The result is endearing.
